Ashish R Mohan (27 December 1983) is an Indian Associate film director and actor. His work as an assistant director include the hits Golmaal, Golmaal Returns, Golmaal 3.
Ashish is from the city of Shimla, Himachal Pradesh.He was interested in film making since childhood but lack of guidance took him long to reach the world's largest movie producing city Mumbai. At the age of 17, he was certain that he wanted to be a film maker and ran away from Shimla to Mumbai. He started his career as an assistant director with Anil Devgan on the film Blackmail starring Ajay Devgn.
During the making of Blackmail, he got in touch with Rohit Shetty and assisted him till date on all his movies including the hits Golmaal, Golmaal Returns, All the Best: Fun Begins and Golmaal 3.
